This is a great exercise to not only strengthen balance but it’s also a great Ab exercise to get help get rid of belly fat and build muscle. Try it a few times and see if you can feel the difference!
Don’t forget those interval exercises too…..

can we do cardiac excercises regurarly or we can do thrice in a week.which is very good doing regurarly or alternatively.
