Healthy Blueberry Muffins with Splenda
Makes: 2 Dozen Muffins
4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Natural Sugar
1/2 Cup Splenda
2 Cups Fresh Blueberries
1 Teaspoons Baking Soda
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Smart Balance Butter substitute melted
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup Low Fat Milk
2 eggs
Optional: Add 1/2 Cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans or walnuts), 1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2) Combine dry ingredients. Mix.
3) Stir in wet ingredients & mix.
4) Divide batter into 24 portions & add it to muffin holders.
5) Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted
and removed cleanly.

Aerobic or Interval Exercising is a great way to boost metabolism and lose weight faster. Recent studies show that interval training is a quicker way to lose weight then straight aerobic exercises.
Doing aerobic exercises that get your heart pumping will boost your metabolism. Interval exercises can do the same though, and for some of us this is an easier way to go.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with interval exercising, or training, this is when you do something to get your heart pumping for a minute or two, then slow down again. Then fast, then slow. A common example is where you go out for a healthy walk, and every few minutes sprint fast for a block or two.

Here’s another Billy Blanks video. This is a portion of the Basic workout from 1998. I have the set of 4 VHS videos- Instructional, Basic, Advanced & 8-minute workout (I don’t think they come in dvd). I’ve purchased other Billy Blanks workouts but these are my favorite, they’re fun and you get a great workout. Anyone can do these and lose weight.
If you do decide to do TaeBo you really need to watch the instruction video (check with your library or eBay) to learn to do the exercises correctly.
